The piece is already extraordinary. The campaign has to be too.

A jewellery house does not sell an impulse. It sells craft, weight, provenance and trust — to a family that will think about it for weeks and then decide in a single afternoon. WOW Campaigns builds the creative and the lead system that carry a house through that long decision, quarter after quarter.

The situation for a jewellery house

Four forces are pressing on the counter. All four have an answer.

Nothing about a jewellery house has got easier. The craft is unchanged, the margins are watched harder, and the buyer now compares twelve houses on a phone before walking into one. Name the force that is costing you most, and it stops being a threat and starts being a plan.

FORCE 01 · AI PRESSURE

Machine-made polish, at your price point

Newer sellers now generate glossy jewellery imagery overnight and post it beside yours. To a scrolling buyer the two look level — until real light lands on real metal. Human-led creative is the difference, and it is buyable.

FORCE 02 · COMPETITION VELOCITY

The house down the road posts every day

Rivals are running more campaigns, capturing enquiries in a system, and following up the same evening. Speed is not talent — it is a process, and a process can be installed.

FORCE 03 · PLATFORM SATURATION

Reach you rent by the click

Bridal season bidding pushes ad costs up exactly when you need reach most, and the platform keeps the audience when the campaign ends. An owned audience does not reset every quarter.

FORCE 04 · IDLE CAPITAL

Stock sits. So does the money behind it

Inventory in a safe and cash in an account share one problem: neither is bringing a buyer to the door. Some of it can be working as demand instead.

You do not have to fight all four at once

Each of the four levels below is built to answer one of these forces. Start with the one that is costing you most this year — the rest stay on the table for the quarter after.

How it runs

A quarter is three campaigns. Here is what each one does.

A jewellery campaign is not one post. It is a sequence — a piece introduced, a story told, an offer made, an enquiry caught and worked. Three of those sequences make a quarter, and each one starts from what the last one taught us.

We choose the pieces the campaign will carry

Not the whole catalogue. One collection, one bridal set, one signature piece — chosen with you for what it can actually pull in over the next few weeks, and for the margin you want moving.

We build the creative around light and craft

WOW Invites are produced with AI in the workflow and a human hand on the edit. Gold has to read as gold, stones have to throw light, and the finish has to survive a full-screen phone at arm’s length.

You approve before anything goes live

Nothing carrying your house name is published without your sign-off. From Level 3 upward approvals run in real time through Frame.io, so a note on a frame reaches the editor the same hour.

The campaign goes live as paid media, not just a post

During the launch period 45% of your fee is deployed as real ad spend behind the creative, targeted at the buyers who behave like your buyers — bridal intent, gifting seasons, your own catchment.

Every enquiry lands in one place and gets qualified

Names, numbers and source are captured and scored, so your counter team knows who is ready for an appointment and who needs another week. Nothing lives in a comment thread.

The next campaign starts from the evidence

Which piece pulled, which audience converted, which message closed. The quarter compounds because campaign three is built on what campaigns one and two proved.

What a jewellery house gets

Creative, media and a lead system that belongs to you.

Everything below is delivered inside the quarterly contract. The scope widens as the level rises, but the shape never changes: work you can see, spend you can trace, and leads you keep.

  • WOW Invites for your pieces — produced with AI in the workflow and finished by a human editor.
  • Branded campaign assets — delivered ready to run across your channels. Unbranded assets from Level 2.
  • Live ad campaigns, managed end to end — built, launched, watched and adjusted, not handed over as files.
  • 45% of your fee back into media — real ad spend behind your pieces during the launch period.
  • Lead capture and qualification — every enquiry named, sourced, scored and followed.
  • Lead source tracking — you see which campaign and which piece produced which walk-in.
  • Revenue tracking — enquiries tied back to what actually closed at the counter.
  • The full dashboard suite — from Level 2, with a quarterly Lead Evolution report.
  • Your own WOW Campaigns app — from Level 3, with push notifications to an audience you own.
  • Super Campaigns — from Level 4, three to ten campaigns running at once across your collections.

WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns — upside that costs nothing up front

Contract holders can place a short five to ten second video on the WOW Offers platform. We deliver only the leads and take only a commission on closed sales — nothing else attaches to it. It is a benefit of holding a contract, never a way to start one.

Why the creative carries the weight

In jewellery, the lighting is not decoration. It is the product.

A banquet hall can be sold on a floor plan. A jewellery house cannot. What a buyer is paying for — the depth of the gold, the cut of a stone, the way an edge is finished — only exists in the image if the light was right when it was made.

Get it wrong and the piece reads as costume. Get it right and the screen does what your showroom window does: it stops someone mid-street. That is why we treat lighting and craft as the deliverable, not the styling.

It is also the one thing that fast, generated imagery still cannot fake at scale. A machine can produce something shiny in seconds. It cannot make a specific real piece look like itself. Every campaign we build for a house leans hard on exactly that gap.

And it does not stop at the picture. The words around it matter as much — purity, weight, making charges, exchange terms, the confidence to walk in and ask. A campaign that photographs beautifully and answers nothing does not fill a counter.

Straight answers

What jewellery houses ask us first.

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, ask it in the enquiry form and we will answer it before you see any numbers.

Our pieces are already photographed. Do we still need new creative?

Product photography and campaign creative do different jobs. A catalogue shot proves the piece exists; a campaign has to make someone want it, in motion, on a phone, in three seconds, next to twenty other houses doing the same thing.

Where your existing library is strong we build on it. Where it is doing catalogue work, we produce the campaign layer around it — motion, light, sequence and the words that carry the piece from screen to counter.

Will online enquiries actually turn into showroom visits?

That is exactly what the lead system exists for. A jewellery enquiry rarely buys on the same day — it is a long, considered decision, often with the family involved. So we do not just collect names.

Every enquiry is captured with its source, qualified against how ready that person actually is, and tracked through to what closed. Your counter team gets a shortlist worth calling, not a list of comments. The pace of the decision is not something we pretend away; it is something the system is built around.

Bridal is seasonal. Does a quarterly contract really fit that?

It fits it better than one-off bursts do. A quarter is three campaigns, and they do not have to be identical — one can build the house name ahead of the season, one can carry the bridal collection through the peak, one can work gifting or exchange after it.

The compounding is the point: the audience and the lead pool built before the season are still yours during it. If you also want an extra push for one specific festival or launch, a single campaign can be added on top of a running contract.

We have a strong house identity. Do we lose control of it?

No. Nothing carrying your name is published without your approval, and from Level 3 that approval loop runs in real time through Frame.io, so a comment on a frame reaches the editor the same hour rather than the next week.

From Level 2 the assets are delivered unbranded as well, so your own team can carry them into channels we do not run. The identity stays yours. We are building the engine around it, not replacing it.

How is this different from paying an agency a retainer?

Two things. First, where the money goes: during the launch period 45% of your fee is deployed as live ad spend behind your pieces, not absorbed as overhead. Second, what you keep: the lead pool, the tracking and — from Level 3 — the app and the audience are yours, so they carry into the next quarter instead of ending with the invoice.

There is also a performance commission on closed leads, which means our upside and yours point the same way.

The craft was never the problem. The reach was.

Launch rates are live now. After the launch period every level rises 40%, ad reinvestment drops from 45% to 28%, and the corporate commission floor moves from 15% to 20% — but a contract signed today holds today’s terms for its full length. Tell us which force is costing your house the most and we will send a written proposal built around it.
